The Role

Are you a compassionate and empathetic individual who enjoys helping others navigate through life’s toughest moments? If so, they have the perfect opportunity for you. They’re seeking a dedicated Navigator to join their team. As a Navigator, you will manage a caseload of participants, providing 1:1, support and guidance to help them overcome complex barriers to employment and/or training.

Job duties will include:

* Maintain participant confidentiality at all times in line with all GDPR regulations
* Carry out a comprehensive initial assessment with all participants to assess barriers, develop an individual action plan with clear goals, and identify barriers and measures to overcome these barriers
* Meet agreed performance targets in line with project objectives
* Build new relationships, and maintain existing relationships with local organisations, agencies, businesses, and the public
* Regularly review the progress of participants using the Outcome Star Tool
* Manage a participant caseload and review ongoing progress, liaising closely with a range of specialist partners as appropriate
