Your Role

This role focuses on cost-effective purchasing and strong vendor relationships, requiring a strategic approach to support business growth while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Your Responsibilities

People Management

• Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering career growth and being a role model

Vendor management and sourcing development

• Source and engage reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends to manage shortages and price increases.

Procurement and purchase process management

• Approve new suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Oversee purchasing spending and system data.

Stakeholders relationship management

• Align strategies with regional and corporate goals.
• Manage strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provide feedback on projects and opportunities.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory: Proficiency in both languages is essential for effective communication with local and international stakeholders .
• University degree preferred or equivalent experience: A strong educational background or equivalent practical experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and contract negotiation: Demonstrated ability to effectively source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate favorable terms, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and lead a team towards achieving procurement goals.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects: Skilled in handling several significant projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.
