We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.Based in Madrid, you will have a key position in providing efficient implementation, advisory and processing services to various functions (Underwriting, Global Business Operations), with a strong focus on the service delivered to our Brokers and Clients.The Impact You Will HaveYou will join the team as a Multinational Program Coordinator, reporting to the Regional Head of Multinational for Iberia, and you will take on a portfolio of global programs.In this market-facing role, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with Underwriting and Global Business Operations, as well as with brokers and clients, ensuring our multinational service delivery is best in class. We are seeking someone who is passionate about Multinational and demonstrates a strong drive to develop and foster a customer-centric culture at Allianz Commercial, someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:Collaborating closely with underwriting teams and producing offices to develop and implement program structures effectively, in the context of outgoing and incoming businesses, addressing inquiries and resolving any cover and wording issues.Collaborating hand in hand with Global Business Operations, ensuring that documentation issuance instructions and booking instructions have been perfectly delivered.Ensuring prompt issuance of local policies and meeting client expectations.Efficiently and accurately inputting new and renewed business data into our IT systems.Daily interaction with brokers to facilitate smooth operations.Proactively managing workflow to meet key performance indicators and service standards.Participating in cross-functional projects at Allianz Group level.What You’ll Bring to the RoleWe are seeking a candidate who has a strong background in handling the administration of multinational insurance programs, preferably with 3-5 years’ prior experience in multinational insurance business.Knowledge on Property and Marine LoB.Native Spanish language skills and fluent English proficiency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.A good understanding of relevant insurance products, including wordings, terms and conditions, and coverages, with specific experience in Property LoB.
