A shift that sharpens our focus on clients and project delivery.We are looking for a skilled Multidisciplinary Project Manager to work on all aspects of a project – design, coordination, financial performance, contractual agreements, client relations etc.You will become part of COWI’s Building and Industry Executing Unit in Denmark with 50+ committed colleagues in the Multidisciplinary Project Managers group.The team consists of project managers and engineering managers. Our ambition is to become the biggest and most talented project and design management team in the engineering consulting industry – and we are well on our way!Learn and grow in a culture of collaborationIn this team you will learn from the best in the industry, with experienced project managers as your sounding board. Through ongoing mentoring and discussions, you’ll release your full potential in a professional environment where collaboration is key. You set the direction for your personal development with your line manager and build your professional skills daily.Your key activities will be:

  • Ownership of exciting projects within new builds, reconstruction, and project development, or being a part of project management teams on large-scale projects
  • Full scope of design and tendering within either package contracts, main contracts, or design-build contracts Project execution, building team spirit, and managing healthy project financials
  • Aligning expectations with your customers and colleagues and to increase customer satisfaction.

  • An academic background as a civil engineer, architect or another relevant education
  • Some years of working experience in Denmark, including insight into the various aspects of a Danish building project during all design stages
  • Good communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a structured manner
  • Desire to stay on top of things and have a proactive/coordinating approach
  • Ability to build team spirit
  • A holistic approach and act in a timely manner
