Looking for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a leading property services company based in Walthamstow

Permanent role offering up to GBP40,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits

* We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting etc
* You will be able to carry remedial trades including Tiling, Plastering or Plumbing ideally
* Customer focused approach ensuring a “right first time” fix for tenants
* Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team

You will need:

* Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided)
* Previous experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, ideally in a Social Housing/ Domestic environment
* Trade related qualification, NVQ level 2 is must
* Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines
