Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Leading Manufacturer Location: Knottingley Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + Pension + Bonus Shift: Continentals 4 on 4 off with 18 days off every 7th Cycle. Key Skills Apprentice Trained Electrically Biased Engineer Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery Understanding of PPM systems The Role You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed automated environment. Machinery includes ball mills, belt, roller, chain, screw conveyors, pumps, mixers, dust conveying equipment, packaging machines On a day to day basis you will work with PPM schedules and project based work on production machinery including PLC controlled equipment, together with a variety of electro mechanical equipment including conveyor systems. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
