Not only tasks and goals, but singular people and stories that mix, adding their own color to an iconic Brand: Lamborghini.About the jobAre you eager to take a new opportunity?Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?We are looking for a Motorsport After Sales operations to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to Head of Motorsport and functionally reporting to Coordination of Supply chain & After sales Motorsport.

You will support the Coordination of Supply chain & after sales motorsport ensuring successful spare parts operations to continuously improve service and increase customer satisfaction & retention. You will be responsible in pricing list definition and tracking according to the defined procedures (dealing with related approval request to different department), supply chain management of the assigned car project, sales result and customer payment reporting. Touch point with Company & Business Controlling for Pricing topics and with Legal for spare parts sales contract drafts.

• Price list Management: definition, tracking, request of approval according to the defined procedure
• Supply chain Management: order creation, tracking and shipping to customer.
• Reporting about Sales data and purchasing batch optimization to maximize profit and minimize stock.
• Reporting about customers payment and action plans definition together with After Sales customer support
• Warehouse inventory support
• Drafting of spare parts sales contract in consultation with Legal
• Entering/updating of data in the systems (SAP).

About you

• University degree
• At least 4-5 years of After Sales /supply chain experience in automotive environment
• Motorsport experience is a plus
• Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
• Experience in Operations Management
• Order To Cash
• Office Excel advanced
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Communication
• Relational skills/ Good standing
