Make it your story.This position reports toService Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesAs a Motors Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the Motors & Generators service portfolio to ABB customers in Spain. Your primary goal will be to drive sales volumes and margins across the service portfolio, with a strong emphasis on digital solutions and promoting various upgrade, retrofit, and value-added services. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service division in the North of Spain. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implement the service sales strategy in the North Area of Spain • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions • Focus on driving sales of digital solutions and promoting upgrade, retrofit, and value-added services • Preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed • Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by leveraging market trend information and identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the service portfolio • Contributes to risk assessments related to the project/service particularities • Registers required information into the appropriate customer database • Plans and performs weekly sales visits and reports them in the CRM • Reports leads/opportunities, manages, and updates the pipeline in the CRM • Updates and monitors sales proposals and tenders, following up on proposal statistics • Communicates contract details in accordance with ABB’s offering and strategy, managing administrative sales processes • Actively promoting ABB’s service products and solutions in marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs and customer meetings) while monitoring trends to develop effective marketing activities You will join a dynamic, innovative, curious and collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive and make a significant impact as a team member.
