Mortgage Lead to Cash Technical Specialist – Sostituzione Maternità

Job Description:

Come deliberante reddituale la risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella approvazione e onboarding di nuovo credito e/o nel rinnovo del credito già esistente, attraverso l’analisi e la valutazione dei documenti reddituali.

• Supporta le attività giornaliere in tutte le fasi del mutuo, dall’acquisizione del cliente alla delibera finale, prevalentemente negli aspetti reddituali ma anche in quelli Tecnico Legali e di erogazione del Mutuo
• È responsabile della gestione delle attività afferenti alla delibera reddituale, quindi alla valutazione della relazione istruttoria e conseguente approvazione e/o rigetto della pratica
• Controlla e collabora con gli outsourcer coinvolti nel processo mutui.
• Garantisce il corretto roll out della credit policy e dei requisiti normativi locali.
• Supporta il business definendo e monitorando i processi operativi, dall’onboarding al disbursment, in modo efficiente, guardando all’obiettivo fissato in termini di TTY e TTC.
• E’ in grado di relazionarsi e negoziare con la rete commerciale
• Eroga la formazione e presta supporto ai Team commerciali, outsourcer e alle nuove risorse.
• Partecipa proattivamente alle attività organizzative di gruppo (i.e. Visual Management, Progetti e iniziative della Banca, ecc…)
• Supporta le iniziative di innovazione digitale in tutte le fasi del processo

Key Responsibilities:

• Gestisce le attività day by day del processo Mortgage Lead to Cash, in particolare quelle maggiormente correlate alla approvazione reddituale, nonché le attività a supporto della analisi tecnico legale;
• Garantisce la conformità con la politica di credito;
• Supporta i controlli sulle prestazioni degli outsourcer secondo quanto previsto dalla politica di outsourcing del Gruppo ING; è responsabile della compilazione dei file di controllo e della governance sugli outsourcer;
• E’ delegato allo svolgimento di audit periodici agli outsourcer;
• Collabora con il Mortgage Technical Leader alla predisposizione e all’erogazione della formazione/training verso tutti gli stakeholder;
• Partecipa alla revisione occasionale del sistema di relazione tra Credit Ops e la rete con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare la comunicazione;
• Individua proattivamente iniziative regolamentari e novità declinate dai regulatory in ambito Creditizio e immobiliare, traendone spunto per effettuare iniziative di miglioramento di processo e di contenuti.

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma Materie Scientifiche e/o Laurea
• Work Experience And Skills
• +3 anni di esperienza e/o conoscenza del mondo Mutui
• Conoscenza dei processi di Acquisizione e full credit lifecycle
• Capacità di Problem Solving e capacità analitiche
• Capacità di lavorare in Team e per Obiettivi
• Flessibilità
