Diese Position ist ideal für Mechaniker*innen auf Einsteiger- bis mittlerem Niveau, die Teil unseres Montageteams in der 3D-Drucker-Produktion werden möchten. Als Montagetechniker (m/w/d) – 3D-Drucker Produktion übernimmst du vielseitige Aufgaben, vom Aufbau mechanischer Baugruppen über die Montage am Maschinengehäuse bis hin zum Schließen der Verkleidung.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem elektrischen und optischen Montageteam trägst du außerdem mit deinem Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Maschinen bei.

Diese Rolle ist entscheidend, um die hohen Qualitätsstandards der 3D-Druckerproduktion bei Cubicure GmbH sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben als Montagetechniker (m/w/d) – 3D-Drucker Produktion bei Cubicure:

• Mechanische Montage von 3D-Druck-Anlagen aus Bauteilen und Modulen
• Aufbau und Montage von mechanischen Sub-Assemblies und Gehäusen nach Zeichnungen und Checklisten
• Materialvorbereitung für Baugruppen und Maschinenmontage
• Dokumentation und Berichterstellung der Montageschritte zur Qualitätssicherung
• Vorbereitung und Endmontage der Maschinen für Versand und Inbetriebnahme
• Unterstützung des Elektro- und Optikmontageteams bei Integrationsarbeiten
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team zur Verbesserung von Montageunterlagen und Prozessen
• Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

• Abgeschlossene Lehre oder technische Fachschule im Bereich Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der mechanischen Montage oder im Maschinenbau
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter. Das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei monatlich 2723,50 Euro brutto auf Vollzeitbasis mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
