Modelling & Analytics Technical MngmtAt Vestas R&D, our mission is to shape the future of sustainable energy, and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Module Product Manager to join our Modelling & Analytics Module. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of renewable energy as part of a diverse and innovative senior technical management team.As a Module Product Manager for Plant Optimisation and Reporting, you will be key in developing technical solutions for wind farm control, ancillary services, market integration, and the associated reporting suite. You will be the strategic voice, representing business owners and our important service organisation, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet customer needs, business objectives, and sustainability goals.Responsibilities

• Ensure that the solutions developed meet the diverse needs of customers, aligning with business, legal, and sustainability goals.
• Create and maintain a quality roadmap for your agile release train that is aligned with your business strategy and continuously updated based on feedback and validation.
• Prioritize and manage deliveries across 6 engineering teams
• Work with systems engineers and software architects to ensure feasibility
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align on dependencies, risks, and priorities
• Contribute to the commercial development of new renewable energy options, management, and ancillary services.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar role in product development or management
• 7+ years of experience in energy, data, analytics, or related digital engineering fields.
• 1+ years of Senior Specialist/Director-level experience, with 3+ years preferred
• Proven ability to influence decisions and alignment across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Systems Engineering is highly advantageous
