Au sein de l’équipe Modern Desktop, vous accompagnez les clients dans : l’identification des besoins/scénarios exprimés par le client, le choix des solutions pouvant y répondre, l’implémentation de ces solutions.

Principales missions

-Participer à des projets et aux Services Managés Endpoint
-Identifier et qualifier les besoins des clients
-Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancée des projets
-Identifier des opportunités commerciales
-Assurer une veille technologique permanente
-Participer à l’évolution des bonnes pratiques Insight
 

Technologies requises: Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows 10 – 11, Sécurité du socle Poste de travail, Cloud PC (Win365 et AVD)

Un minimum de notions sur EntraID, Active Directory, M365

Une technologie de gestion des devices autre que Microsoft (Jamf, Workspace One,…) serait appréciée

Profil recherché

-2 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire
-Maîtrise des administrations et déploiements du poste de travail
-Passion pour les NTIC, curiosité et réel sens du service client
-Fort esprit d’équipe, relations basées sur l’échange et le partage
-Persévérance dans la réalisation des solutions
-Recherche de l’excellence
-Anglais professionnel ou courant
