As the project leader, you manage the creation of the marketing communication assets for a new model launch.Your responsibilitiesManage agencies & the campaign process, align with the internal key stakeholdersYou manage both Above The line and Below The Line communication assetsLead the development of the communication strategy and translate it into a creative ideaFollow up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channelsEnsure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the NMSCsEnsure production budget efficiency & quality through production audits and reconciliationsRun PDCA of your model campaign performanceYou are in regular contact with the NMSCs, also managing ad hoc requests for your projects/modelsMonitor and report regularly on your project budgetFollow up on the purchase order process and invoicingWant to know more about how it is to work at Toyota?   • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are pro-active, autonomous, and willing to be a team player in an international team
  • You have ideally an experience in marketing communication or creative assets development
  • You are stress resistant able to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders
  • You are process driven and have strong affinity with product
  • You dispose of strong analytical skills
  • Good multi-tasker, organised and project management oriented
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
