Your new role
We are looking for a service-minded Mobility Partner to join Mobility Services team in Denmark. As a Mobility Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor who makes international moves possible – ensuring employees and managers navigate global assignments with confidence and ease. You’ll partner closely with the business to put the right people in the right place at the right time, delivering pragmatic mobility solutions that keep our global organization moving forward.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Acting as the primary contact for managers and employees on mobility cases, providing professional and timely advice and support to your line of business area
-Coordinating and managing mobility processes on inbound assignments in relation to immigration, tax, social security, and settling-in support
-Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of mobility-related activities
-Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal mobility policies and local legislation
-Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to projects and initiatives within Global Mobility
-Ensuring timely and transparent communication with employees and stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle
-Developing your subject matter expertise within the field of mobility and applying this in your partnering with stakeholders

You’ll be joining Mobility Services DH/HQ, a key function within Global Mobility. We provide pragmatic, business-focused mobility solutions and excellent service to employees and managers across the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting employee transfers into Denmark. Our team plays a vital role in enabling Novo Nordisk’s global ambitions by ensuring mobility experiences are smooth, compliant, and supportive from start to finish.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a service-minded Mobility Partner with strong business partnering skills and a collaborative can-do attitude. You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, business administration or similar field.
You’ll bring with you:

-A service-minded approach and the ability to build trust across different stakeholder groups
-Previous experience within global mobility, international HR, relocation services, immigration, payroll or tax coordination (considered an advantage)
-Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts
-Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
-Proficiency in standard office tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions; experience with digitalization and mobility systems is a plus
-Fluency in English (spoken and written)
