The position

As a Mobility Partner, you are subject matter expert in mobility and your responsibility will be to have a high level of independence and represent Global Mobility towards internal as well as external stakeholders. In addition, you must be able to handle all kinds of situations, including difficult, sensitive, and confidential conditions.

Moreover, you will be responsible to direct touch points with leaders at all levels in the organisations you support, collaborate cross functionally with colleagues from HR and other support functions as well as with external providers.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

-Mange complex cases across countries globally.

-Manage, maintain & develop relationships with key stakeholders (Line of Business, HRBP, vendors)

-Provide assignment cost estimates as well as risk assessment (PE, immigration, taxation, and social security) and advise on requirements for a compliant set-up

-Initiate vendor support and register and track cases in our operational systems

-Conduct meetings across regions to inform about policies update and align on collaboration with different units in P&O

You will offer support with administrative activities (e.g., report preparation, policy documentation review/rewrite), gather intelligence and input for further framework development and be the subject matter expert within defined areas of expertise and striving for operational excellence through simplification, standardisation, and automation.

Qualifications

As a Mobility Partner, you need to have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience with international mobility, international assignment management or international compliance.  In addition, you need to have academic degree within business administration, HR discipline or related field. Moreover, you need to have fluency in English.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to:

-Have experience with virtual & remote work and corporate compliance
-Be curious and a fast learner – have a complex process and systems understanding.
-Have ability to work across different cultures in a continual changing environment   
-Have experience with using Assignment Pro, MMS or similar systems supporting mobility processes. It is an advantage, but not must.
-Have confidence to manage multiple cases and projects at once. You should get motivated by a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, and you excel in managing and keeping an overview of many different tasks and processes happening at the same time.
-Hold a problem-solving mindset and be comfortable navigating in and making decisions in an environment where you don’t have all the answers.
As a person you are open-minded, innovative, be a flexible team member, have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you can work independently but also contribute to a strong and positive team spirit.

About the department

Mobility is anchored in the Total Reward and Mobility (TRM) in People & Organisation (P&O). The mobility department supports the organisation as partners and experts when it comes to cross border movements or reporting lines. We are responsible for Mobility matters globally in close collaboration with line of business and global P&O. 

You will report to the Head of Mobility Services International.
You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including P&O heads, HR business partner teams, Global HR, Centers of Excellence, and Global P&O Services and our external vendors.
