Randstad are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer on behalf of a leading client. Our client offers delivers industry-leading Facilities Management services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients growing Facilities Management Team. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as building services across multiple client locations in Belfast.

The Package

* Competitive salary of up to GBP35,000 per annum
* Company van and fuel card
* 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
* Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, lighting, power systems, plumbing, and general building fabric.
* Carry out inspections, testing, and minor installations or modifications to systems and equipment.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting effectively to minimise downtime.
* Oversee subcontractor work for specialist repairs, ensuring quality and cost control.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and update asset registers as required.

Qualifications

* Electrical apprenticeship with Level 3 / City & Guilds technical and vocational qualifications.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* 18th Edition certification.
* City & Guilds 2391 qualification (Desirable).
* Legionella awareness training.
* IPAF certification.
* Experience with Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems (CAFM).
