Does this apply to you, too?Your daily tasksThe Customer Insights team plays a critical role in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decisions, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain our competitive edge in the retail market.
We are seeking a Mobile App Data Analyst at Action. You will be instrumental in analyzing user behavior and app performance to enhance our mobile app experience. Your insights will guide the development of features and strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Analyze mobile app user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mobile app.
- Become the expert on app analytics and tracking, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting across all product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to inform and guide app feature enhancements and promotional strategies.
- Support A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of new app features and updates.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize user experience, increase engagement, and improve user retention.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of app data.
- Support the development of advanced analytics techniques, such as segmentation and predictive modeling, to personalize user experiences and drive app usage.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mobile app analytics and data analysis.
- Support the integration of various data sources to create a comprehensive view of the mobile app user journey.
- Ensure data governance and privacy compliance in all aspects of mobile app data analysis and reporting.
What you offerYou are a strategic thinker with the ability to put digital advertising into practice. You have a keen eye for detail and take a structured approach to your work. Your communication skills and ability to work with others allow you to interact well with stakeholders within and outside our organisation. You can turn strategic insights into specific actions and create value through smart budget allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related analytics field
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and working experience in building and maintaining automated reports and dashboards.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate to (non-)technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
