MMB Europe Digital Team – Senior Consultant

MMBs Integrated Digital Proposition is key to our growth strategy, encompassing foundational platforms, client facing experience solutions and analytics & insights tools.

What can you expect?

Based in Milan and reporting into the MMB Digital Leader for UK & Europe, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented candidate to help drive the growth of our client facing propositions, including Benefits You App and Darwin.

You will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital solutions across the client-lifecycle, including proposition development support, pipeline generation & pre-sales, delivery of solutions to Clients, ongoing service and enablement of local MMB markets with a key focus on the Italian one but with a view and support on others too.

Project management, client facing, sales, delivery and technical consulting and advisory in the welfare and benefits plans and digital solutions will compose a many different facets and dynamic role.

You will take part in flexible benefits and welfare plans design and management through innovative digital solutions, advise and partnering with clients to build and address tailored solutions, engaging and liaising between various stakeholders such as clients, worldwide configurators, external suppliers and supporting tailored solutions .

You will handle both innovative employee well-being and benefits projects and manteinance processes, acting as a bridge between regional initiatives and local implementations.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following skills and aptitudes:

• Outgoing, dedicated professional who’s passionate about technology empowering Clients to operate at their best;
• Experience working with B2B2C Digital Propositions, with the ability to identify market challenges and develop value propositions using a consultative approach;
• Experience supporting a technical sales lifecycle, including building a sales pipeline and managing the stages of prospecting, pursuit and close;
• Proven track-record of successfully delivering digital solutions to Clients, ideally within the employee benefits industry;
• Experience of enabling stakeholders (including Clients or internal colleagues) to be self-sufficient;
• Self-sufficient and adaptable, with an interest in working across multiple locations with complex and differing requirements;
• Experience with Product development stakeholders, connecting consultant and client feedback with meaningful product enhancements;
• Analytical skills and a details-oriented approach for a variety of work environments. Extremely driven, adaptable individual with a proactive, critical and logical mind to provide innovative solutions;
• Fluency both in Italian and English languages.
