Do you love working for upmarket hotels, love being creative, have a passion for mixology and find great pleasure in creating amazing drinks and cocktails then my client is looking for YOU!

The Role:

You will be the creative and operational leader of the property’s bars, from drinks menu creation to choice of suppliers, to high mixology and barista skills at the service of unique customer experiences.

As the bar manager you ensure that the bar operation meets the customer needs, ensures team satisfaction, and focuses on creating a never-before seen drinks experience.

You will promote and grow the business, hire and train staff, and you ensure that guests are receiving unexpected and fun drinks, food, and service.

You are a master at managing inventory and resources, costing, plan promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, create schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction.

You are able to work with diverse personalities and are fine diffusing tense situations.

The Bars will also host group corporate events in addition to individual guests.

The bar team, managed by you, should know how to provide service to this clientele as well, execute beverage package and catering services.

You are an adaptable asset to the Food & Beverage team, showing flexibility to answer operational needs depending on activity.

You have the following credentials:

You are a Highly creative mixologist, in touch with latest trends in the mixology world

You have very Strong Barista skills

You have a shining personality and therefor are the FACE of the bars

You are a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

You speak English and French

You have full working rights in the EU
