Mixed Signal Layout Engineer (f/m/div)

Job Description

As a Layout Engineer, you will contribute to the design and physical layout for automative applications, working together with senior layout engineers, design, and verification teams.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for floorplan, placement, routing, verification, and release of layout database
• Collaborate closely with designers and layout engineers
• Support the schedule and plan arrangements to meet delivery deadlines

Please note that we offer an external temporary contract of 1 year with potential renewal or future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.

You have a highly analytical and innovative mindset that supports your ability for problem solving. Moreover, you strive to get the best results and demonstrate high-quality standards for yourself and your work. As a team player, you think and act in a collaborative way and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation with others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Technical High School Diploma or University degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Telecommunications, Applied Physics or similar field of studies
• Hands-on experience via academic or internship in Analog Mixed Signal Layout would be appreciated
• Basic knowledge of Unix environment is welcome
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
