Job description

Ardingly College is seeking to appoint a minibus driver to transport students on regular bus routes from Ardingly College.Applicants are required to fulfil the following criteria in order to be considered for this position:

• hold an endorsement free UK driving license with Category D1 or Category PCV
• be available to work every week day when the College is in session (normally 165 days per year)
• have 2 years driving experience

The applicant should also be presentable, polite, reliable, punctual and able to work without supervision.Morning routes are between 6.00am and 8.30am Monday to Friday, during term time.Afternoon routes are between 5.15pm to 7.45pm Monday to Thursday, and 4.15pm to 6.45pm on Fridays, during term time only.Bank roles The hours of work are as and when required on an ad hoc basis. There are no guaranteed minimum hours and no obligation either way to offer or accept hours offered.Salary will be dependent on hours agreed and will be based on £12.66 per hour plus paid holiday entitlement.To view the full job description please see the documents attached at the top of the page.
