• Master’s degree in an IT related field combined with 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• Experienced working with various Power Platform technologies, like Model driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, MS Sales (CRM), Power Automate.
• Proficient in utilizing the .NET Core
• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Understand of Azure’s services— Especially storage, Function App’s, & Key Vault
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation of systems.
• Collaborative team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience working in Agile environments

We are searching for multiple members for the teamThe primary location for this role is the Blue Water Shipping’s office in Gdansk. We encourage flexibility and hybrid work, but we expect our team members to meet at the office some days every week.Over the past three years, we’ve embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey, focusing on customer-centricity and optimizing our IT services. As we continue to grow, we’re establishing a new team in Poland, and this role will be instrumental in shaping our expansion efforts.As a Senior Developer in the Dynamics 365 team, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, creating, and maintaining Power Apps. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical intricacies and practical solutions. Collaboration with multiple application teams will be key, as you contribute to the end-to-end process, ensuring it is efficient and reliable, and meets Blue Water’s needs.Strong development skills and eagerness to with Power Platform is a must-have, but if you also have an interest in roles such as Scrum master or a solution architect, they would be a valuable addition.What we offer:
