Microsoft Fabric Architect & Technical Lead 

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern data and AI solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform.

You’ll act as Technical Lead for a small team of Fabric engineers, owning end to end architecture while remaining hands on — shaping scalable, secure analytics solutions that drive real business impact.

What you’ll do:
•    Design and deliver end to end Fabric solutions (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouses, Power BI)
•    Lead architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimisation
•    Enable advanced analytics and ML using Fabric and Azure ML
•    Embed governance, security, and DevOps best practices
•    Mentor engineers and influence platform strategy

What we’re looking for:
•    Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
•    Expertise in data modelling, DAX, Python/PySpark, SQL/KQL
•    Proven technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
