Mgr Env Health & Safety I

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with the brands Potain and Grove is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to support our italian aftermarket team, the position is based in Lainate.

Main Responsinilities in this Role

• Implement, coordinate, manage and be responsible of all the activities related to:
  • employees health and safety
  • workplace conditions
  • develop plant safety & environment culture
  • safety & enviroment training
  • Develop plans for the effective implementation of Company Environment and Safety Management System.
  • Drive EHS reporting
  • Record and investigate all Enviromental or Personal Injury Incidents, Near Miss, Recordable
  • Develop Plant safety plan to ensure continual improvement cuture is in place.
  • Ensure compliance to the ISO 14001, 45001 standard
  • Ensure compliance with italian regulation in term of Enviroment, Health & Safety

To be Successful in this Role

• Previous EH&S experience in complex enviroments
• Basic knowlege of mechanical and electronical field
• Goog organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve unexpected and complex problems on fields
• Analysis capabilities
• Team working
• Good in English
• Knowledge of EH&S regulation in compliance with DLgs 81/2008 e smi
• Knowledge of UNI ISO 14001, 45001 regulation about workplace health and safety and enviroment
