Au sein de l’équipe Messagerie, vous accompagnez les clients dans : l’identification des besoins/scénarios exprimés par les utilisateurs, le choix des solutions pouvant y répondre, l’implémentation de ces solutions ainsi que l’identification des applications et autres services souscrits par ces utilisateurs.
Principales missions
-Identifier et qualifier les besoins des clients
-Déployer des solutions de travail collaboratif sur Microsoft 365
-Participer à des workshops en clientèle
-Participer à des migrations de messagerie Exchange
-Garantir la qualité des projets en respectant les délais et les contraintes clients
-Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancée des projets
-Participer aux actions d’avant-vente en fournissant les éléments de réponse technique
-Identifier des opportunités commerciales
-Assurer une veille technologique permanente
-Participer à l’évolution des bonnes pratiques Insight
Technologies : M365 suite collaborative, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD
Profil recherché
-Expérience de 3 ans minimum sur des projets autour des solutions de messagerie
-Passion pour les NTIC, curiosité et réel sens du service client
-Fort esprit d’équipe, relations basées sur l’échange et le partage
-Persévérance dans la réalisation des solutions
-Recherche de l’excellence
-Anglais professionnel ou courant
