Description and RequirementsThe Merchant Quality & Shopping Policy Analyst team’s role focuses on maintaining the quality in account and content policy enforcement. This includes the coordination of review work performed by reviewers that train ML classifiers and updating keyword classifiers based on incoming reports from official authorities.The Merchant Quality & Shopping Policy Analyst will oversee and support workflows that ensure the data quality meets the client’s standards and requirements. This includes but is not limited to updating keyword classifiers and conducting quality assurance & reporting of the data. Also provides support to an overseas team that works on data inputs by providing feedback of their work, triaging bugs, answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting training sessions.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the leads and PgMs in preparing business reviews, executive presentations, research reports, white papers for commerce solutions.Create project roadmaps, progress reports and identify dependencies.Monitor operations through accurate and consistent daily reporting.Conduct deep-dive analysis on policy violations to identify trends and opportunities to improve reviewsCreating and maintaining technical tools for the program such as managerial dashboards, scripts and other tools used for data management and data review/reporting.Assist in developing project strategies, measure and support success by creating and analysing quantitative data and activity reports.Collaborate with the internal team to initiate and implement procedural changes when applicable.Manage complex data projects, working closely with Operation leads and technical partners to develop and track project milestones and schedules, along with scope and cost features and resourcing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Measure progress on all assigned projects. Manage communication of progress with the core team and all stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary, providing transparency and end-to-end coordination of deliverables.Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation.Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and any occasional ad hoc meetings/training, as necessaryGearloose content review that involves a thoughtful detailed process to ensure compliance on an ongoing basisAd-hoc complex requests around policy reviews that includes creating guidelines and training materialsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSAt ease using document processor/ Spreadsheets / G SuiteAnalytically minded;Online research skills;Detail oriented;Self starter;Full proficiency in English;Project coordination skills: strong analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skillsAble to support client requirements & requestsCommunication skills: must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly to colleagues across the organisation.Bachelor’s degree, with experience in data quality checks and reviewsFull time availability to work onsite at 40 hours/week; must be flexible to communicate with colleagues based in different time zones.

2-3 years of experience in data management experience2-3 years of experience in data QA experience * Ability to teach team members and advise them on best practices.

• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/management.
