This helps drive sales and improve customer experience across a wide range of products.We are looking for a Merchant Photo Specialist to join our growing Merchant team. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the quality and quantity of images for our merchant partners, ensuring that their offerings are presented in the best possible light. Please be aware that this role does not involve photography or marketing responsibilities.Job DescriptionAs a Merchant Photo Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all image-related activities for our merchant partners, particularly focusing on improving image coverage across various categories. You will not be a photographer; but rather the person who will be working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes, high-quality outputs, and efficient operations. You will be pivotal in defining and improving processes and ensuring imaging is a key part of the merchant lifecycle. Finally, you will be the local go-to person when it comes to imaging and in continuation also be heavily involved in creating and defining best practices, identifying the best way forward while continuously maintaining a high standard in your own work.What you’ll be doing:Strong collaboration with our central imaging team as the primary point of contact for Denmark in everything related to imaging, best practices, strategy and goals.Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and external photo partners to ensure imaging is prioritized, with clear accountability and smooth coordination.Streamline and enhance image-related processes from partner onboarding to live status, focusing on automation and efficiency.Track imaging KPIs, provide reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting while acting as the primary imaging expert for the Danish market.Oversee that all photoshoots are continously carried out by our external partner in an efficient and timely manner, as well as making sure we successfully create a tried-and-tested framework for convincing partners that photos are necessary.

Increasing merchant partner adoption of our self-service photo tool as one the main drivers for increasing image coverage in bulk, as well as creating and implementing scalable and automated solutions for similar image-related tools.Manage our stock-photo bank, and oversee timely and high-quality image uploads for merchant partners.QualificationsPrevious experience in project management or business operations is a plusPhotography or marketing experience is not a requirement.Experience working with and managing external partnerships is a plus.Curious about how things work and how to constantly optimize partner and user experience.Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at the same time.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on excellent stakeholder management.Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms, as well as teaching others how to do the same.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows.Fluency in English to be able to both communicate with partners, as well as internal/external stakeholders.
