Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Intern that will support the Retail Merchandise Financial Planner in the core activities: * Budget and Forecasts: translate financial targets by banner into product targets (sales, units, AUR, margin) for frames and sunglasses. Integrate lenses information within Total Banner budget

• MBR and performance monitoring: review product performances analyzing into details (units mix, AUR, margin) and highlighting changes vs budget and forecast
• Adapt sales projections based on results and communicate to demand and supply chain any change
• Obsolescence management: prevision and optimization of excess stock, recall planning in collaboration with supply chain, supply chain controlling and local finance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan sales and monitoring inventory kpi’s to achieved sales, gross margin and inventory productivity goals
• Partnership with finance team to grant the budget reconciliation and the financial objectives
• Analysis of product performance, driving in season assortment strategy changes – Prepare monthly brand level financial and profitability analysis providing insights into performance and key drivers
• In conjunction with Merchandisers and Assortment team partners, develop sales and facings plans at brand level

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong problem-solving skills, Analytical approach, Good mathematical skills, Planning and organization skills, Able to work under pressure, being fast learner/Flexible, cross functional work
• Good knowledge of Excel use (main formulas, vlookup and pivot tables), advanced use is appreciated
• Use of Power Point/Word
