Digital Consumer Engagement is transforming to deliver direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers. We’re pleased to announce this phenomenal role which will sit within our Grown-Ups’ engagement team who strive to bring adults closer to our products. No matter if they’re a parent, gift-giver, LEGO fan or all three!
Core Responsibilities

Maintain a pipeline of innovative membership experiences that develop new engagement partnerships and uncover new strategic opportunity spaces

Develop an audience-focussed framework for membership innovation by maintaining a base of active audience insight and audience-first strategic approaches
-
Be at the forefront of the future of loyalty by developing an insight/data-driven approach to horizon scanning, trends spotting and understanding consumer mindsets.

Drive the evolution of the strategy to deliver long-term customer loyalty
-
Collaborate across key collaborators to drive audience engagement objectives and align with Portfolio, Brand and Commercial objectives

Uncover strategic user journeys that unlock new audience growth and conversion
-
Leverage data and analytics to build a solid foundation of insights on audience needs and behaviours
-
Collaboration with wider strategy and innovation teams to build synergistic opportunities
-
Collaborate with Creator and Crowdsourcing functions to ensure that membership experiences take advantage of the creator network and user journeys from and to LEGO Ideas.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in:
-
A strategy-focused role across digital engagement, innovation consultancy or loyalty
-
Developing opportunities for membership experiences within global brands and it’s partners
-
Developing, piloting and synthesising learnings to drive innovation
-
And an understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and of customer behaviour economics, metrics
-
Strong analytical skills and a strong data-driven approach
-
Excellent collaborator management skills
