Job Description
The Customer Channels Group (CCG), the Research and Safety Market Division (RSD), is a several billion-dollar global Division which markets and sells a vast portfolio of laboratory and safety-related products and services to its key customer base around the world, which includes Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Academic, Industrial, and Government organizations.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to join our Program Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of both customer and supplier events across Europe. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will ensure the seamless coordination of these events.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Events:
Assist the Event & process Manager with tasks including:

Managing of supplier bookings and participation
-
Event logistics
-
Website and app development
-
Handling delegates registration and participation.
-
Coordinating of internal and external communications.
-
Conducting post-event survey and debrief.
-
Ensuring the company vision is translated into the event identity
Customer Events:
Assist the Event & process Manager with tasks including:

Handling suppliers bookings and participation
-
Serving as the primary contact for Account Managers during the organization of customer events
-
Communicating the customer event process to Account Managers upon event validation.
-
Conducting regular progress meetings
-
Providing on-site support during events as needed.
-
Facilitating post-event debrief meetings.
-
Tracking event metrics.
-
Conducting post-event surveys with customers and suppliers.
-
Ensuring the company vision is translated into the event identity
Programs
- Assist program managers on key strategic programs upon request
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in large events planning in an international environment
-
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
-
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with some level of ambiguity.

Ability to interact with multiple internal and external collaborators
-
Full English proficiency

Additional EU language is a plus
