Skills and Experience of an M&E Operations Manager:

Must-Haves:

* Experience in F&B, large-scale restaurant, or meeting environments.

* This is not an event planning role .

* Strong leadership skills must have managed teams of 20+ people.
* Physically fit as this is a physically demanding job.

Desired:

* Proficiency in Dutch
* Strong customer relations skills
* Proven history of delivering excellent customer experiences
* Ability to think outside the box to execute successful events
