We’re searching for a Scrum Master to drive our Agile journey, helping our team improve communication, efficiency, and delivery. If you’re skilled in Jira management, coaching teams, and fostering collaboration, we want you to join us in shaping the future of our department!Your Role: As our Scrum Master, you’ll be the catalyst for smoother sprint cycles and better Agile practices. You’ll play a key role in guiding our team toward higher productivity while maintaining a fun, accountable, and dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Coach and mentor team members in SAFe Agile practices
- Set up and manage Jira for seamless project tracking
- Be the go-to person for internal and external communications
- Partner with product owners to prioritize backlogs and handle new requests
- Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts to ensure continuous progress
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
- Drive the team’s Scrum maturity and encourage continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a data or analytics environment
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- SAFe Agile Framework certification
- Experience with data products or retail (Belgian retail knowledge is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Scrum Master certification (a plus)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus
