Joining us means becoming part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team that thrives on challenges.Job Description:As an IT Project Lead, you’ll spearhead strategic projects involving both business and IT aspects, regardless of your level of experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading various project teams and engaging stakeholders to meet our objectives.
- Identifying risks, managing contingency plans, and ensuring smooth progress.
- Collaborating closely with other teams within the banking industry.
- Supporting scrum masters in various tasks to optimize team efficiency.
- Coaching team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management.
- 2-5years of working experience as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with IT technicalities and mobile development is a plus.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a commitment to quality.
- Leadership qualities and a positive, proactive attitude.
Your skills :
- Experience with Mobile Development experience
- Familiar with Agile working environment, especially ”SAFe methodology”
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
