This position will be based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria under the Diabetes Business Unit. You will directly report to the Field Sales Manager, Novo Nordisk.
The Position
As a Sales Representative for Diabetes at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the Diabetes field.
Your main accountabilities will be:
-Promote our Diabetes products to healthcare providers, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions
-Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Diabetes field and provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvement and innovation
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
As a Sales Representative Diabetes, you need to have at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Moreover, you need to have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or any other relevant field.
To be successful in this role:
-Strong knowledge of the diabetes market, including key competitors and industry trends
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
-Fluency in English
