The position
As a Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will deliver on given sales targets & marketing objectives as well as develop & manage long term relationships/networks with the physicians, while representing Novo Nordisk Way, values, commitments in the daily conduct with the internal/external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will be to:
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
-Provide customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up.
-Organizes seminars and events in his/her region.
-Analyze and diagnose territory, make and execute territory plans.
-Execute according to marketing strategy and participate as well as contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and other NN meetings
-Liaising with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, and Medical to maximize the sales of NN products
-Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and market conditions
Qualifications
To be successful you should have the next qualifications:
-Higher education in medical or natural sciences.
-Fluent proficiency in Russian.
-Good proficiency in English is an advantage.
-Experience in sales or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will join our dynamic sales team in Estonia. Our department is responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk’s products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. We focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
