• Leading the strategy and plan for marketed and pipeline products aligned with the Global Medical Plan.
• Managing medical projects and providing scientific information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge about Ipsen’s rare diseases portfolio and therapeutic area.
• Conducting scientific exchange meetings at the national level and supporting HCPs, including thought leaders.
• Collaborating closely with MSLs and other departments such as Commercial and Market Access.
• Ensuring compliance with EFPIA codes, local guidelines, and Ipsen SOPs.

Who are we looking for?Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Biomedical Sciences, MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, with experience in rare diseases being a plus.
• Languages: Expert/fluent communicator in Spanish and English.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work in a team.
