Tenure: Fixed-term contract until October 2025

The position
As a Medical Manager Rare Disease, you will build and update scientific and medical knowledge about our portfolio of Rare Disease products, with a focus on new launch products. You will utilize your scientific and clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes by analyzing the needs of internal and external stakeholders and providing relevant information.
Your other accountabilities will be:

-Identify and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to update their understanding of relevant data and build relationships for scientific exchange.
-Provide medico-marketing support for product campaign development and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Participate in organizing and executing scientific events and seminars for healthcare providers.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide medical input for strategy planning and successful implementation of initiatives. Manage the resolution of medical questions and issues.
-Comply with administrative duties, legal requirements, and Novo Nordisk policies and procedures.
 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

-University degree – Doctor of Natural Science, Medical Doctor, or Pharmacist.
-At least 3 years of experience in a health-related system, pharmaceutical company, or clinical practice.
-Line management experience will be is an advantage.
-Experience in medical affairs, preferably in the field of metabolic medicine or rare diseases.
-Understanding of the local pharmaceutical market and relationships with key external customers is an advantage.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Strong ability to establish, develop, and maintain relationships. 
-Fluent English and Slovenian language.

The CMR &Q department embodies a dynamic fusion of the clinical, medical, and regulatory divisions, accentuated by the quality and pharmacovigilance section. Comprising a team of 9 passionate individuals, our department is dedicated to pioneering innovative medicines that enhance patient well-being.
