The Position
As a Medical Manager for Business Area Greece, Central Europe and Baltics you will create and execute tactical plans and activities to contribute to the success of our metabolic brands, focusing on KOL engagement, clinical activities, publication planning, medical education, and medical guidance. The therapeutic area you will be working on as our Medical Manager is obesity. You will directly report to Senior Director Clinical Medical Regulatory for Business Area Greece, Central Europe and Baltics.
Your responsibilities will be to:
-Craft comprehensive medical strategies for optimal market access, successful launch and lifecycle management.
-Identify and address key needs through Real World Evidence studies, medical education, and Key Opinion Leaders engagement.
-Champion Novo Nordisk as a scientific partner in the Business Area of obesity landscape.
-Provide expert medical guidance across clinical activities, publications, and product development.
-Foster innovation and performance excellence within Medical Affairs.
As a person, you are equipped with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. Your ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting ensures seamless collaboration and synergy across diverse projects. With project management experience and proficiency in relevant tools, you bring a strategic and organized approach to achieving successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
As Medical Manager for Business Area Greece, Central Europe and Baltics we expect you to be a medical doctor or a pharmacist.
-5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
-Significant experience in metabolic diseases therapeutic area is highly desirable.
-Specialization in obesity or cardiovascular, or diabetes would be an asset.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with Real World Evidence (RWE) studies and clinical research is a plus.
-Willingness to travel (around 25% of time).
