Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company based in Brussels, is looking for a Medical Manager to join their team. With a small office in Belgium and a direct reporting line to the Medical Director in France, you can expect quick communication and a personalized working environment.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage a portfolio of established and upcoming products, ensuring successful implementation of medical affairs strategies.

– Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to align medical initiatives with business objectives and market needs.

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive product success and market penetration.

– Manage 1 MSL in Belgium

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biology).

– several years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry

– People management experience is highly preferred

– Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
