Our client, a leading innovator in product development and advanced IT solutions for online casinos, is seeking a Media Strategist, to be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media strategies that align with the clients’ business goals specifically for audiences in Sweden and Denmark. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all media efforts are integrated, effective, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various media channels, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
What you will do: - Craft and implement innovative media strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Develop detailed media plans, including selecting appropriate channels, budgeting, scheduling, and targeting.
- Focus on media strategies for local markets, prioritizing flyers, radio, outdoor advertising, and other non-social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure cohesive and effective media campaigns.
- Present media strategies and performance reports to clients, addressing their needs and adapting strategies as required.
- Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiating rates, and ensuring the best value for clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging media technologies, incorporating new ideas into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on media performance, including ROI analysis and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast in Sweden and Denmark.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
