Your Role at Sephora

As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing media strategies for Poland and Czech Republic regions and manage 360 media campaigns. 

In this role, you will report to the Head of Media PAC&DENS and will oversee and manage our branding media strategy. You will work cross functionally with all departments

to make the synergies across online and offline touchpoints and to achieve the goals of business and communications.

You must have in-depth media offline and online landscape knowledge with focus on digital channels, understanding and experience in social media, influencers campaign and preferably experience and/or interest within the beauty industry. 

As Media Manager, you will:

-Lead the creation of full funnel media strategies across media touchpoints (TV, Digital, social media, DOOH, OOH, Radio etc.) for Polish and Czech Republic’s markets, delivering on business objectives within allocated budget, considering market trends and media landscape.
-Define strategic briefs, manage media campaigns and evaluate them.
-Analyze data, identify data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
-Preparing, due to needs and based on media strategy, presentations for various types of meeting and project needs internally, at the central level and with partners.
-Manage various media related projects within the Hub, as well as on central level.
-Manage several agencies and deploy allocated budget, oversee invoice processing, and follow up on vendor payments.
-Coordinate work of several team members based in Poland and Czech Republic
-Work closely with Performance Media manager, Social media manager & Creative team
-Be a part of cross-country team (Poland, Czech Republic, France)
-Cooperate with multiple teams (e-commerce, offer, sales, CRM finance etc) & external partners (brands, agencies) to deliver strong media results.
-Prepare and present media recommendations to stakeholders.

We’re Excited About You If You:

-Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising or related fields
-6-8 years of experience executing 360 media campaigns

within the retail, beauty industry or agency site
-Experience executing paid digital media campaigns in social and/or programmatic platforms as well as offline media (TV, DOOH, OOH, Radio)
-Have great understanding of key digital media touchpoints such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Programmatic, Pinterest, Spotify etc.
-Experience in influencers campaign management and content creation
-Experience in data analytics in ad platforms, Google Analytics or similar reporting dashboards will be an advantage
-Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
-Strong team work, interpersonal skill, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit
-Experience managing teams – would be an asset
-Fluency in communication in English and Polish. Czech or French will be an asset
-Understanding or experience in cosmetic or luxury market is preferred
