Job Description

Your to do list:

• Support the Investment Team in the coordination of activities between Media Controller Team (10 people located in India/Mauritius) and Local Media Agencies.
• Based on monthly digital media spent, make sure of proper costs uploading in the administrative invoicing tool.Create and process work orders on the invoicing tool, associating detailed supplier cost.
• Download media spending reports by client from tech platforms. Identify detailed cost structure.
• Manage large excel databases, provide detailed reports by client and supplier.
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on Programmatic investments for internal and intercomany purposes both.
• Help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Media Agencies, Administration, Finance, PMX.

Qualifications

If in your past experience:

• Master Degree in Business Administration
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Great analytical thinking skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

If you are:

• Detail-oriented
• Organized and multi-tasking
• Attentive to an high quality and accurate work
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities
• Passionate for numerical analysis.
