Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Liskeard, Cornwall

A£34,600 to A£38,600 DOE (Including Shift Allowance) + Overtime Paid at Premium (From A£3,500 Per Annum Based on Company Average) + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Company Sick Pay Scheme

Week 1 – Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 13:00 Finish
Week 2 – Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 22:15, Friday OFF

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer offering varied role within a stable business. You will be joining a friendly team offering a double days based role.

The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will need to hold a relevant engineering qualification and will have experience working in an industrial environment and can come from any industry. Ex-forces candidates are also encouraged .

You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance across the industrial production site. This will involve working with hydraulics, steam and pneumatic systems.

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role:

A· Working across various production lines, working on heavy machinery.
A· 80/20 split between Reactive and PPM maintenance.
A· Working with hydraulics, steam and pneumatics
A· 2 Shift Pattern

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Candidate:

A· Experience working in industrial environments in a maintenance role
A· Hold a relevant engineering qualification
