Mechanical Design Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with an rapidly expanding innovation business who are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The company develop unique technology with applications throughout renewables and the drive for carbon reduction. This role will be a diverse mechanical design position with a great opportunity to develop practical engineering solutions in an expanding company. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for: Designing full engineering solutions to solve complex problems Producing detailed CAD modelling Undertaking engineering calculations including FEA Innovation within product development and supporting manufacture Working on projects throughout the product lifecycle The Mechanical Design Engineer will need: A mechanical design degree with demonstrable workplace experience Workplace experience of carrying out FEA 3D CAD experience – ideally Inventor Experience and knowledge of designing rotating machinery would be an advantage Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group; specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects; Design; Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
