We are open to either Analyst or Senior Analyst role depending on candidate’s experience and expertise.In this role, you’d be engaged in following areas:

• Sanction area for handling processes of verification DFDS’ business partners;
• Governance area as a process analyst and coordinator for the three main data governance pillars:

• Standardisation,
• Processes and
• Quality

You will be working as supporting body for all Master Data teams, helping with processes optimization, ensuring standardisation, and follow up on quality metrics.As MD Analyst you will play a key role in implementing new processes and projects, grounded in robust data governance practices.Your main scope of duties and responsibilities include:1. Handling of sanction screening processes:

• Being responsible for sanctions screening of DFDS business partners
• Monitoring and reporting on sanction screening process to Team Leader and Key Stakeholders
• Supporting members of other MD teams in daily operations related to verifying the status of potential sanctions against DFDS business partners
• Learning about the company’s operating and financial systems, as well as the location of business units
• Resolving standard and non-standard queries and issues related to relevant processes
• Cooperating with representatives of all Local Business Units

2. Handling data governance tasks:

• Coordinating projects related to process changes, new implementations, and data quality,
• Working with all master data domains: suppliers, customers, and products
• Conducting workshops for process analyses with data experts and all relevant stakeholders
• Facilitating meetings with Local Business Units (including cooperation with C-level management on a Group level).
• Cooperating with all MD teams and Governance organisation to drive cross-functional projects for supporting MD strategy, and following agreed data governance framework
• Working on optimizing processes for the entire MD department and handling the issue log for them
• Supporting MD members with facilitating governance tools and information model
• Working on processes that are currently out of MD scope
• Run continuous improvement within MD processes
