Who are we looking for?We are looking for maternity cover for a one-year position for Raw Material related projects. You will lead or co-lead projects that improve the current processes in the raw material area. We are looking for a structured, pragmatic and detail-oriented person that can manage several smaller projects at a time. You will be working closely with the entire raw material organization to improve existing processes to ensure we are ready for the scale up of the manufacturing facility. You will take part in both the planning and execution of the projects either alone or together with stakeholders within the team.QualificationsYou can be an experienced lab technician with an interest in project execution or you can have a BSc, MSc or other within natural science – preferably with GMP experienceYou are structured, detail-oriented and can manage your own day and prioritize tasksA mindset for optimizing daily work with the patience to implement them in a GMP-setupPrimary tasksScope projects and define milestones together with the raw material management and team membersFocus on continuous improvements to all our processes and challenge the status quoExecute projects and ensure milestones are met on timeIf this is you, we can offer an exciting and challenging position in a company in growth with many new customers and products in the pipeline. You will join the Customer & Materials Management Team that today consists of 14 dedicated coworkers.
