Your New RoleYou will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and compliant operation of our warehouse.You will receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations, and you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in accordance with GMP guidelines.Main Tasks
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Delivering materials to production in a timely manner.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet production needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet GMP standards.
- Assist in the preparation and shipment of products, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or similar environment is preferred but no a requirement.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements is preferred but no a requirement.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, SAP, and other IT applications
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
- Comprehensive training in GMP standards and practices.
