The Material Master Data Analyst is responsible for the effective and timely Material Master Data management for the Molson Coors entities in scope. This includes understanding & actioning Master Data Material processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP’s and ensuring that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for new materials creation, materials maintenance – extension or deletion and for handling yearly price and duty changes on material level
-Handles Material Master Data change requests, such as BOM changes, recipe changes, material statuses, etc. within the agreed SLAs and according to the company’s policies
-Understands & actions Master Data processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP’s 
-Provides a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders with respect to best practice Data management, improvement and performance 
-Provides reporting-related work on material master data when required
 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:

-Problem solving skills
-Very good language skills both written and spoken in English  – B2
-Good Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot table)
-Good analytic skills and attention to details
-Previous experience with SAP (SAP MM preferred)
 
Nice to have:

-Previous experience in Master Data
