Marketplace Product Manager

Location: Dublin – Ireland

Work Mode: Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee our Bentley Systems’ Marketplace. This role is critical for planning and managing our marketplace and showcasing our partners’ innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations to help foster a thriving partner ecosystem. Candidates should have 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Your Day-to-Day:

Product Strategy and Development:

-Develop and execute the strategic plan for the marketplace, aligned with business objectives.
-Gather and analyze feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements.
-Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketplace offering.
 

Marketplace Management:

-Oversee the daily operations of Bentley’s Marketplace.
-Ensure a seamless user experience for partners and customers.
-Continuously improve marketplace features and functionalities.
 

Cross-Functional Coordination:

-Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal, IT, sales, support) to align marketplace operations with company goals.
-Coordinate with various Product Advancement Groups to drive awareness and identify gaps in the marketplace offerings.
-Collaborate with marketing to promote new partner offerings and marketplace updates.
 

Performance Monitoring:

-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketplace success.
-Report on marketplace performance to senior management.
-Present recommendations to stakeholders, negotiate contractual agreements and manage timeline commitments.
-Conduct virtual demonstrations within various time zones and construct and deliver internal/external presentations effectively and professionally.
-Up to 15% travel may be required.
 

What You Bring to The Team:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
-4-5 years of product management experience in marketplaces or partner ecosystems.
-Familiar with software development and third-party integrations.
-Proficiency with tools such as Impartner, Adobe Commerce Marketplace, Salesforce, etc.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-Effective interpersonal and communication skills: able to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal teams.
-Team player who is collaborative and thrives in a global team environment.
-Self-starter with a strong desire to build something great; creative and open-minded; detail-oriented; embraces feedback.
