For our Drives Division, we are looking for a Marketing Trainee to support marketing initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and participate in the development of innovative campaigns, learning tools and strategies in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create, adapt, and validate marketing materials and graphic assets for internal use and co-marketing with partners, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Collect, review, and analyze marketing data to provide insights that support decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate and support events and initiatives at local and international levels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners and assisting with logistics and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and project management; eagerness to learn how to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, digital channels, and content creation principles; basic knowledge of graphic design and branding guidelines is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused mindset, with an interest in understanding customer needs and creating value.
• Basic knowledge of products and applications in the Drives Division, with willingness to develop expertise.
• Strong proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Availability for local and international travel when required.
